MedILS Summer School in Science Communication

The Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences (MedILS) in Split, Croatia, is organizing the international summer school entitled “MedILS Summer School in Science Communication” that will be held from 18th – 22nd July 2022.

Main topics that will be covered are:

– Media training (with Quentin Cooper, hugely experienced trainer and lecturer in science communication and journalism)

– Communication and presentation skills within scientific community

– Importance of communicating science in a broader context.

Target group are young researchers (master students, PhD students, postodcs), but experienced researchers are also welcomed. Experts will guide and train the participants through numerous practical sessions. No prior experience needed.

Registration deadline is 3 July 2022.
