MedILS Summer School in Bioinformatics

The Mediterranean Institute for Life Sciences (MedILS) in Split, Croatia, is organizing the international summer school entitled “MedILS Summer School in Bioinformatics” that will be held from 29th August – 2nd September 2022.
Main topics that will be covered are:
- Next generation sequencing, transcriptomics, epigenomics
- Protein structure analysis, drug design, virtual screening
- Introduction to data analysis, R and Galaxy tools
Target group are young researchers (master students, PhD students, postodcs), but experienced researchers are also welcomed. Experts will guide and train the participants through numerous practical sessions. No prior experience needed.
Registration deadline is July 25th 2022.
