Invitation to the HDBMB Scientific Colloquium in Osijek
The Croatian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Osijek Branch, invites you to a scientific colloquium that will be held on 7 May 2026 in the Multifunctional Hall of the Faculty of Medicine Osijek, starting at 1:00 p.m.
Colloquium programme:
1. Methodological approaches to the analysis of γδ T lymphocytes in psoriasis: antibody validation and study design
Rebeka Monika Oklopčić, M.Sc. Biohealth Engineering, will present the validation of monoclonal antibodies for the analysis of γδTCR+, Vδ1+ and Vδ2+ lymphocytes as part of her doctoral research on the effects of risankizumab on γδ T cells in psoriasis.
2. Analysis of the transcriptome and clonotypic diversity of MAIT and γδ T lymphocytes in psoriasis using next-generation sequencing
Assoc. Prof. Stana Tokić, PhD, will present the results of the HRZZ UIP-2019-04-3494 project, focused on the analysis of the transcriptome, functional characteristics and TCR clone diversity of MAIT and γδ T lymphocytes in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
